Como Calculamos as Pontuações

Nossa metodologia transparente para avaliar cada destino, cada mês do ano.

Each destination receives a monthly score from 1 to 10. This score is a weighted average of five factors. Here's exactly how each one works.

Clima 40%
Multidões 20%
Preços 20%
Eventos & Destaques 10%
Condições Gerais 10%
Clima 40%

The largest factor. We evaluate average high/low temperatures, rainfall, humidity, and sunshine hours using historical data from Open-Meteo. We weight months with mild temperatures (18–28°C / 65–82°F), low rainfall, and high sunshine highest.

Multidões 20%

We estimate tourist density using Google Trends search volume, airline booking data, and hotel occupancy rates. Lower crowds score higher — unless the destination is one that benefits from a lively atmosphere.

Preços 20%

Average round-trip flight prices from the US and average hotel nightly rates for the destination. Lower combined prices score higher. We track prices weekly across 100+ airlines and major hotel platforms.

Eventos & Destaques 10%

Major festivals, national holidays, seasonal natural events (cherry blossoms, northern lights, whale watching, etc.) add to a month's score. We research each destination's event calendar annually.

Condições Gerais 10%

A catch-all factor accounting for things data doesn't fully capture: safety, visa accessibility for the period, notable travel disruptions, and seasonal closures (monsoons, hurricane season, etc.).
